Almost all the episodes for HANZ are scripted word for word, with some slight changes during the recording process for ease of speaking or if I come up with a particulalrly funny joke in the moment. The only episodes that aren’t scripted are interviews, Bird of the Year and the dramatic retellings which are taken from a few different sources, primarily “Maori Myths & Legendary Tales” By A. W. Reed.
